Cardio Power and Resistance and then went for a 4 mile run.
While I was running I met up with this guy (a little on the heavy side) in workout clothes. I haven’t seen him on my runs before. As we were passing, I put my hand up for a high five and he hit his hand on mine. I yelled “Same time tomorrow!” and he yelled back “OK!! I needed that!”
Going to add a run to my workout tomorrow. :)
